Move Without Limits is a 4-week 1:1 program for women in their 40s and 50s who want to move more freely and break the cycle of recurring aches.
Across the foue weeks, I’ll be there with you — coaching, guiding, and helping you personalise each movement so you feel supported and confident throughout. With Stretch Therapy, mobility work, and working with you to see what suits your body, you’ll ease tension and feel stronger in your everyday life.

3 Pre-recorded Online Classes per week to complete at a time suitable to you

All 30 minutes long and will focus on specific areas of pain and mobility work that your body needs (you will have access to these after the course finishes too)
