What is Stretch Therapy?

I’m excited to bring Stretch Therapy, a movement approach new to Ireland, directly to you. Trained in Australia, I specialise in helping women in their 40s and 50s release tension, restore mobility, and feel lighter, looser, and more confident in their bodies.

Stretch Therapy isn’t just stretching—it’s a holistic system combining assisted stretching, fascial re-modelling, strengthening, neural re-patterning, and relaxation. It targets tight muscles, joint restrictions, postural imbalances, and everyday aches to help you move better, prevent injuries, and feel more comfortable in your body.

With online or in-person sessions, I help you:

  • Ease neck, back, hip, and shoulder pain

  • Improve flexibility and joint range of motion

  • Correct postural imbalances

  • Reduce stiffness and everyday aches

  • Move with confidence and prevent injuries

Each session is tailored to your body, goals, and current physical condition, giving you the tools and guidance to move without limits, whether from the comfort of your home or in person.
