Hello...
My name is Claire O'Leary
I started Stretch Therapy Ireland because I’m deeply passionate about helping women live pain-free, move confidently, and keep doing the things they love — with the people they love. No woman should feel like stiffness, aches or limited movement is “just part of getting older.” It isn’t. And I’m here to show you what’s possible.
My approach blends Stretch Therapy and Neuromuscular Therapy to ease tension, reduce pain, and restore natural mobility. Every qualification I’ve taken has been with one goal in mind: to help people feel freer, lighter, and more at home in their bodies.
I trained and worked in Australia, where Stretch Therapy is widely used to support long-term mobility and healthy ageing. During my time there, I gained invaluable experience, including:
-
Working within a busy physiotherapy practice in Sydney
-
Providing therapy for professional athletes with the Sydney Roosters rugby league team
-
Supporting large-scale cycling and running events across Australia
-
Running Stretch Therapy workshops and courses throughout Ireland
-
Now back home in Galway, I’m delighted to be practicing from SETU in Kilcornan Woods, Clarinbridge — helping women every week release stiffness, reduce recurring pain, and feel better in their bodies again.
I’m available for in-person treatments every Wednesday at SETU.
