I started Stretch Therapy Ireland as I am passionate about living a pain-free life to ensure I can keep doing all the things I love with the people I love AND I want to help others achieve that too!

STRETCH THERAPY IRELAND was founded upon my return from Australia with a strong desire to promote the benefits of Stretch Therapy. All my qualifications are focused on aiding the reduction and alleviation of bodily pain, while also enabling individuals to attain a more relaxed, pain-free, and mobile state.

I gained invaluable experience in Australia and since returning home...

 - Working within a busy Physio practice in Sydney

 - Therapist for professional rugby league team the Sydney Roosters

 - Support team member for multiple cycling and running events across Australia

 - Running Stretch Therapy workshops and courses around Ireland

I am now so delighted to be back in Galway and working out of SETU within Kilcornan woods in Clarinbridge, Galway.

 

I am available every Tuesday and Thursday by appointment and run Stretch Therapy Classes on a Thursday evening at 8.30pm (booking essential)

Qualifications

• Stretch Therapy Teacher (obtained in Australia/England)

• Diploma in Neuromuscular Therapy

• Diploma in Sports/Rehabilitation Massage Therapy

• National Qualification in Dry Needling

• National Qualification in Orthopaedic Sports Massage

• National Qualification in Massage Therapy and Event Massage
